Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb fresh brussels sprouts
  • 2 or 3 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/2 TBSP Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper


  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Place Brussels Sprouts in a large bowl.
  3. Pour Olive Oil over the Brussels Sprouts.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and toss well.
  5. Sprinkle with pepper and toss well.
  6. Spread Brussels Sprouts on a cookie sheet.
  7. Cook for 10 – 12 mins and turn the brussel sprouts over.
  8. Cook 10 – 12 minutes or until desired tenderness
  9. Enjoy!
