- 6-8 potatoes (i used red potatoes but you can use any variety)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- to taste Seasoned salt and pepper
- to taste red pepper flakes (optional)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Add oil to skillet once hot add potatoes, onion and garlic
Cook potatoes on mid-high letting the potatoes and onions brown just a bit. (They will brown more while cooking)
Add about 1/2 cup of water and put the top on. Every now and then stir potatoes to prevent from sticking. Cook until potatoes are tender on low. May need to add more water.
When potatoes are cooked through add red pepper flakes. Turn fire back up to med and let cook while stiring about another 5 mins.
