There are no words to describe how delicious these cucumbers are! They are marinated in a mixture of water, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. My family makes a huge batch every week and we have never gotten tired of them.
I guarantee you will LOVE them.
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 cukes, peeled, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 T oil
- Celery seed
In a large bowl, place prepared cukes in ice water with a little salt for 1-2 hours to make crispy.
In a pot, cook water and sugar until clear, stirring constantly.Let cool. Add vinegar, oil, and lots of celery seed.Drain cucumbers, pat dry, and mix them with the vinegar mixture.Chill overnight.
